Our All Day Coffee

Our All Day coffee is a tribute to the high-altitude farms of Santa Bárbara, where Parainema beans mature slowly under the tropical sun, acquiring a unique aromatic complexity. Hand-picked and roasted to perfection by our master roaster, these beans offer an exceptional cup profile.

With every sip, you’ll discover notes of intense dark chocolate, caramelized toffee, anda subtle hint of nuts. Its body is creamy and its acidity bright, leaving a persistent and satisfying finish.

All Day coffee is born in the heart of Santa Bárbara, a Honduran department recognized worldwide for its exceptional coffee quality. In this region, three renowned coffee-growing zones converge: Copán, Opalaca, and Montesillos, each with its own characteristics and microclimates.

Cultivated at altitudes ranging between 900 and 1800 meters above sea level, our Parainema coffee benefits from the ideal conditions to develop a complex and balanced flavor. Cool nights and sunny days allow for slow bean maturation.

 

Santa Bárbara is not only a place of coffee tradition but also of innovation. It has two IHCAFE research laboratories where new cultivation and processing techniques are developed. In addition, the School of Coffee trains new generations of producers, ensuring the sustainability and future of this industry.
