Unique Varietals for Demanding Palates

At D Arada Roaster, we have carefully selected two of the most outstanding varietals from Finca Santamaría: Maragogype and Catuai. These beans, cultivated at high altitudes and processed with meticulous care, offer complex and balanced flavor profiles that will delight even the most demanding coffee lovers.

• Maragogype: Known for its size and its smooth, chocolatey cup, this varietal offers notes of nuts and a slight touch of spice.
• Catuai: Characterized by its bright acidity and medium body, Santamaría’s Catuai presents floral and citrus aromas.
