To obtain the best sensory profiles of coffee, it requires well-selected, ripe beans, proper processing and storage, and the development of reliable and reproducible roasting profiles. The technology of Coffee Tech Engineering allows for the reproduction of roasting profiles with absolute precision by controlling the predominance of heat transmission, maintaining its efficiency and thermal dynamics consistently throughout the machine’s operation time; additionally, the emissions generated are lower than those of any gas roaster, resulting in a reduced negative environmental impact.
